All lots present in each auction are illustrated with various photographs and detailed descriptions of them. You can see our auctions going on here.

Our lots are available to all those who wish to see them live during the auction period, and can be enjoyed and examined within our visiting hours, solely and exclusively by a minimum prior appointment of 24 hours in advance.

The goods are sold in the physical and legal state in which they are, and their analysis and verification is up to the bidder concerned before the auction and after their auction no claims are accepted. All bids made by bidders are contracts for the purchase and sale concluded and are considered final and binding.

Visiting Hours: working days between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.  (Lisbon Time Zone)

The auctions take place online through our website, to bid you will need to register. If you just want to keep track of the auctions, without bidding, you do not need to register.
However, the registration process is simple and fast and in doing so you receive in your email, first hand, all our news and future auctions.

Bank transfer
Payments by Bank Transfer will be made directly to the IBAN of the company Século100Paralelo Unipessoal lda holder of the brand Fair Auction. For this, when processing your order, all the data for payment will be made available. This payment method takes about 1 to 2 working days to be verified. If you choose the bank transfer method, please send the proof of payment, along with the order(s) number(s), to our e-mail: info@leilaojusto.com.

NOTE: Lots will only be shipped/withdrawn after checking your payment.

1 - The buyer finds on our website the auctions that are taking place and the various lots of each auction.
If you are interested and want to bid one or more lots, and if you are not registered yet, you will have to register that is automatically requested as soon as you try to bid.

NOTE: The final fee of 14.5% (plus VAT tax at the legal rate of 23%) is on the final charge.

2- Ensure that the data requested in the register is correctly filled in. All information provided is strictly confidential. Fair Auction does not provide your information to any other entity.

3- Bids at this time can only be made online.

You can choose from the bid table the amount you want to bid on;

In the event that the lot has a reserve value, if it does not reach the defined amount, the system will inform you of this and may continue to bid;

If you do not have the possibility to follow the auction, you can make a maximum offer in the system. In this case the system will bid for you, up to the maximum amount you have set, in a fully automatic and safe way.

Your maximum bid will progressively cover the bids of other bidders, provided that the other bids do not exceed the value of your maximum bid. Through this system, you can buy for the value of the penultimate bid plus one bid.

We ask that if you want to see in person any piece with gold and/or precious stones, please notify us of your coming two days in advance, so that we have them on site.
