General Conditions for Sellers
From the moment a service contract is signed by both parties, the seller of a good and Leilão Justo are linked to each other. The seller (or his representative) guarantees to be the owner and legitimate owner of the property and it is his responsibility to correctly describe the pieces put up for auction, which are always communicated to the competent authorities. The transportation and deposit at the Premises of Leilão Justo and its subsequent withdrawal in case of non-sale are the sole responsibility of the seller.
The liability of Leilão Justo, for any loss or damage (including theft or theft) is covered by insurance by the value of the agreed reservation of the goods that are deposited on its premises (in case the seller has not claimed the insurance, in this case there will be no compensation for the losses that occurred).
The seller authorizes the Leilão Justo to deduct from the auction contract the due commission plus VAT, as well as the other costs provided for in the terms of the contract. Payment by Leilão Justo shall be made 15 days after Leilão Justo has received from the buyer the total amount of the sale, by cash or bank transfer. You will receive the overcome value of the pieces sold (hammer price minus commissions, contractual costs and referring VAT taxes). If you opt for cash payment, you will have to previously schedule a visit and pick up the pieces that were not claimed by the buyers.
Leilão Justo receives a commission of 11.5% on each lot sold being 1€ the minimum commission amount (plus VAT tax at the legal rate of 23%).
