By winning the auction of items online,  the buyer is responsible for the full payment of the auctioned item(s), plus the auctioneer's commission , established as follows:

a) - 15.5% commission  (+VAT)  if payment is made within  five days of the auction closing date ;

b) - reduced commission of  14.5% (+ VAT) with a 1% reduction  in the auctioneer's commission,  if payment occurs within 48 (forty-eight) hours following the closing date of the auction ;

c) - to the commission indicated under point a) - 15.5% + VAT -  a penalty of  1% + VAT will be added for  each day of delay in payment , this period extending until the tenth day after the closing of the auction (penalty set taking into account  the current and constant volatility of the value of a gram of gold in the national and international market)  . After this period,  the auctioned item ceases to be subject to the buyer's availability, reverting to the seller's assets .

All bids made by online bidders are considered binding purchase and sale agreements, with the offer being regarded as a contractual proposal.
